Our staff are trained for a full range of guarding services which may be Retail Security Officers, Qualified Passenger Screeners (Aviation), Control Room Monitoring, Concierges, officers trained in Residential Gated Services and more.

Retail and Static Guarding

We have officers trained to work in the retail industry where customer service and security awareness is paramount.

It provides another valuable component to deterring shoplifting through our physical presence as store greeters. In this capacity, our employees interact with customers and employees as they enter and exit a store, deter theft and vandalism, identify and report policy breaches. They receive additional training on store-specific shrinkage issues so they are more aware of their surrounding environment.

Static Guarding
Being the most common of security services, the security officer is the person who is trained in the first response to an incident, trained in Senior First Aid, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution as well as a variety of services that they are trained in which is specific to the site where he is working.

The main duties of a security officer is for the reduction of theft, assist in the event of a medical emergency, first response in the event of a fire and ensuring on the health and safety of employees and visitors. Security Force 1 can supply any number of security officers with minimal short notice.

Security Force 1 can supply these officers in a particular uniform which may reflect the corporate identity of the customer which takes away the “guarding” appearance into more of a low key appearance whilst still having the skills of the uniformed security officer.
