Customer Service
Customer Service in a Corporate Environment
With any security function there needs to be a high level of customer service. Our staff are often the point of contact between our client and their guests. We take the responsibility very seriously as it not only promotes our clients but promotes Security Force 1.
Our emphasis is to constantly supply high standards in appearance, conduct, knowledge and the delivery of a quality service. We will assimilate seamlessly into your corporate structure and outwardly exhibit your core company values.
All selected staff attend an in-house customer service course to ensure that they approach their duties with a positive attitude which inturns will create a positive behaviour. Our customer service course is based on the philosophy of Jan Carlzon and “The Moments of Truth” whereby the first contact with a person can set the tone for future meetings. With this, we emphasise to our personnel that when greeting a client or their customers the first impression is when you assist them in the foyer, give directions etc. Being unhelpful to those people will leave a lasting impression of not only our personnel but our client.
