Developed by Security Force 1, the Contract Management System provides our clients with up to date information on the security service where we supply security officers. This system provides information and statistics to the client on a monthly basis and YTD. Totally tailored to each client, this system can monitor 1 or a number of sites and will supply statistics on OH&S matters, Contractors on site, Visitors or any function related to the security service.
With each client we conduct an assessment to see exactly how we can help. Often we identify additional categories which the client has not identified and this is reported and documented through this process.

Needs Analysis Approach
When meeting a new client we prepare a needs analysis as to what services we believe that would suit their requirements.
It may be as simple as a security officer for a number of hours or a patrol service during the night. No matter what we recommend it is the client who determines what option that they take and Security Force 1 will supply.
It is then that we assign an Account Manager to manage your services and who is contactable 24 hours a day should you require additional resources. The Account Manager will formulate a reporting structure so that information will go to the client in a timely manner.
